What happens after the starter package?
Chronic pain and symptoms have often been built up over a long period of time as the sum of several different factors. Therefore, it is also good to be aware that they often cannot be "fixed" with the 2 initial meetings or with the exercises obtained as a result. Most often fully healing them is a process that requires 6-18 months of regular and consistent work.
So after the Starter Package, you can continue your journey by booking the Follow up meetings at a pace that the best suits you. The recommendation is to keep them at max. 2-3 month’s apart as otherwise it may be hard to build a progressive plan that efficiently helps you restore more balance in your system as a whole.

What happens after 6 weeks? After 6 weeks of regular training, it can be assumed that your body has already learned what we expect from the exercises and after this it would be a good idea to arrange a new meeting either live or remotely depending on your schedule! How many meetings are needed? Chronic pain and symptoms have often been built up over a long period of time as the sum of several different factors. Therefore, it is also good to be aware that they cannot be "fixed" with one meeting or with the exercises obtained as a result, but most often it is a process that requires 6-18 months of regular and consistent work. It would be good to have 4-6 weeks between meetings, during which the body has time to adapt to the stimuli it is accustomed to through the exercises of that period, after which we test again what has happened during the previous weeks and what we can start practicing next.
The Process
We restore
Restoring more balance in your nervoussystem allows us to regain what has gone lost somewhere along the way.
This is why we always start with your breath first as it lays the base for everything else.
We assess
The only way to understand what your body needs is by assessing where is currently is and what is it struggling to do.
Therefore a thorough assessment process lays the base for our treatment process.
We rebuild
Rebuilding more freedom of movement allows you to regain access to your whole system with more options available for you than only those that are currently giving your pain.
How?
In my work supporting people heal chronic pain, I use postural restoration — a whole-body approach that recognizes how the body's systems are interconnected.
Addressing postural alignment, respiratory mechanics, and neuromuscular activation patterns together promotes restoration of balanced musculoskeletal and autonomic function, facilitating improved homeostatic regulation and tissue repair.
What is Postural Restoration?
PRI treatment begins by recognizing that the human body is naturally asymmetrical. This built-in asymmetry is not a flaw but a functional necessity for upright, two-legged movement, and it plays a formative role in shaping the brain’s cognitive patterns and abilities.
“The human body is not symmetrical. The neurological, respiratory, circulatory, muscular and vision systems are not the same on the left side of the body as they are on the right, and vice versa. They have different responsibilities, function, position and demands on them. This system asymmetry is a good thing and an amazing design. The human body is balanced through the integration of system imbalances.
When these normal imbalances are not regulated by reciprocal function during walking, breathing or turning, a strong pattern emerges creating structural weaknesses, instabilities, and musculoskeletal pain syndromes. Balancing muscle activity around the sacrum (pelvis), the sternum (thorax) and the sphenoid (middle of the head) through a PRI approach best positions multiple systems of the human body for appropriate integrated asymmetrical function.”
